To use our services, users must register using a phone number and a One-Time Password (OTP). We collect essential information such as name and, optionally, a profile picture.

Our services are funded through a monthly subscription model paid by businesses hosting events. There are no additional fees for riders.

Elytra LLC provides a technology platform to facilitate connections between drivers and riders. We do not offer transportation services ourselves, nor do we employ drivers.

Users are responsible for ensuring their actions comply with all applicable laws and safety standards. Elytra LLC is not responsible for the actions of any user on the platform.
